Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and startup oriented HR  to join our team. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain recruitment platforms, manage documentation, and conduct initial screening of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

2. Recruitment Platform Management

  • Manage and update job postings on various recruitment platforms.
  • Track applications and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated.

3. Screening & Communication

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Evaluate candidate communication skills, experience, and expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure all hiring-related documents are organized and updated.
  • Generate basic recruitment reports and status updates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or HR tools is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
