Role Overview
As a Content Writer at Swivl, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, driving audience engagement, and creating high-impact content that clearly communicates our product value to small and midsize businesses (SMBs).
You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across multiple digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent, compelling storytelling aligned with Swivl’s mission.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop conversion-focused content across multiple formats, including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and advertisements
- Create SEO-driven blog content that improves organic visibility and drives meaningful engagement
- Write compelling ad copy and website content that effectively communicates value and drives action
- Plan and execute email campaigns with strong open and engagement rates
- Conduct keyword research and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content for SMB audiences
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with business goals
- Continuously optimize content performance through testing, analytics, and iteration

Required Experience
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing / writing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy and execution, with measurable improvements in organic traffic and engagement
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across blogs, website copy, email campaigns, and ad content
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for blue-collar or trade-based industries
- Understanding of small business operations and challenges
- Experience writing video scripts and performance-driven marketing copy
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
