With nearly a decade of real-world validation, we are now scaling our technology, enhancing our UI/UX, and introducing new innovations to disrupt the FSM landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Run cold and nurture email campaigns via HubSpot and Reply.io.
- Segment audiences and build drip flows tailored to different funnel stages.
- Optimize deliverability, copy, structure, and conversions through A/B testing.
- Maintain campaign calendars and performance reporting.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a monthly calendar balancing educational, promotional, and trend-based content (2:1:1 ratio).
- Track performance and recommend changes based on analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with ads contributors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to align messaging and CTA consistency.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to ensure timely campaign asset delivery.
- Define and uphold brand voice and design direction during content reviews.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (email campaigns, workflows, segmentation).
- Strong knowledge of cold emailing, nurturing, and CRM-driven automation tools like Reply.io.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite for managing Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Experience building and managing social content calendars.
- Strong written communication and creative brief development.
- Ability to guide design contributors on brand voice, visual tone, and content needs.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, SEO blog promotion, or AI-based content tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing to SMBs.
