As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution: Assist in defining product vision, goals, and success metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics (usage, engagement, retention) to derive actionable insights and optimize features.
User Research & Feedback: Gather and synthesize user feedback through surveys, interviews, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Competitive & Industry Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor products to help position Swivl as a market leader.
Feature Prioritization & Roadmap Planning: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to prioritize and execute product enhancements.
Optimize User Journeys: Identify pain points in the customer experience and propose data-backed solutions to improve usability and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launches and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and user behavior data.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and an evolving product landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and marketing.

- Product Interview (90 min): A deep dive into your problem-solving approach, analytical skills, and product mindset.
- Managerial Interview (30 - 45 min): Understanding collaboration, communication and management skills
